The flagship store reimagines a century-old legacy in a contemporary setting, transforming sweet shopping into an immersive experience. Designed within a 12-year-old concrete structure, the project embodies the brand’s heritage, commitment to craft, and forward-looking vision while creating a calm, tactile environment that invites people to slow down and engage.

A central sit-down section anchors the program, offering a curated experience of local food, sweets, and traditions. This café-style space fosters longer dwell times, turning the store into a site of memory, community, and cultural storytelling.

The design is rooted in minimalism and material honesty, with a restrained palette of brick, brass, wood, and stone—each celebrated in its raw form for timelessness and tactility. Exposed brick walls, brass accents, stone surfaces, and natural wood combine to craft an atmosphere of warmth and sophistication. Custom furniture, handcrafted lighting, and display systems were developed with local artisans, merging traditional skills with modern detailing.

Spatially, the layout blurs the distinction between retail and experience. Integrated counters, modular displays, and heritage references create fluidity and discovery, while subtle chronological cues trace the brand’s evolution.

The result is a flagship that transcends commerce—an environment where heritage and modernity converge seamlessly.
